1. Scrub — glove on knees, elbows, ankles and heels in the shower. Skip lotion. 5 minutes.
2. Apply — two pumps onto the mitt, long sweeps up the legs, then arms, then torso. 10 minutes.
3. Rinse — wait two hours, warm water, no soap, pat dry.

Colour dries in about 60 seconds and sets overnight, so apply the evening before you need it. Moisturise daily and it fades evenly over about seven days.
Fair skin that burns easily: rinse after 40 minutes and repeat the next evening rather than leaving it on longer.
