Where we ship

Nixe Beauty ships within the United States only.

Who ships your order

Every product is shipped by the brand that made it, from its own warehouse in the United States. We never hold, repack or re-label stock. If your order contains items from more than one brand, it arrives in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking, at no extra cost to you.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are usually handed to the carrier within 3 business days. Delivery inside the United States normally takes a further 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Business days exclude weekends and US public holidays.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as each parcel leaves the brand's warehouse. Because parcels can leave on different days, tracking links may arrive separately.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay and depends on the items in your cart and your delivery address.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to the brand because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we refund the item price once it is received; the shipping charge is not refunded.
