- Which product should I order? Tell us your skin tone, whether you have used self-tanner before, and the date you need to look tanned. We will name the exact product and how long to leave it on. Or start with the shade quiz.
- What is in it? Ask for the manufacturer's full ingredient list for any product and we will send it before you buy. See Ingredients & sourcing.
- My tan went patchy. Send a photo within 14 days of your first application. We refund it and you do not ship anything back.
Order questions
Include your order number. Every order ships from the brand's own US warehouse, usually handed to the carrier within 3 business days, then 3 to 7 business days in transit. Orders with items from more than one brand arrive in separate parcels with separate tracking.
