1. Who we are

Nixe Beauty is an online store operated by Platonaire LLC, a California limited liability company. These terms govern your use of nixe.beauty and any order you place through it. By using the site or placing an order you accept them.

2. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a confirmation that the item has shipped. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud, and in that case we refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping, which are shown at checkout before payment. Prices and product availability can change without notice. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments and the other methods shown at checkout.

4. Products and fulfilment

Products are manufactured, packed and shipped by the brands named on each product page. Product images and descriptions are supplied by those brands; packaging and formulations may change. See our Shipping policy and Refund policy.

5. Cosmetics, not medicine

Everything sold here is a cosmetic or a personal-care device. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Patch-test new products, read the manufacturer's ingredient list if you have allergies, and speak to a doctor if you have a skin condition or are pregnant or nursing.

6. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with it or its security, scrape it at scale, or resell products bought here as if they were your own brand.

8. Intellectual property

The Nixe Beauty name, site design and original text belong to Platonaire LLC. Brand names, logos and product photography belong to their respective owners and are used to describe the products we sell.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
