Evening, after cleansing. Sweep over the face with a cotton pad or clean hands, avoiding the eye area. Do not rinse, then follow with moisturiser.
Start every other evening and build up. Skip it on nights you use another acid or a retinol.
SPF the next morning. Before self-tanning, use it at least 24 hours ahead.
